• Token values may fluctuate and carry risks.
• We are not liable for losses due to market volatility or third-party actions.
• Withdrawal times may vary due to compliance checks.
• Loss of funds due to wrong/faulty/blocked withdrawal bank accounts linked to your account.



5. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, logos, and other intellectual property on the platform belong to XICN or our partners. You may not use them without our prior written consent.


6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, XICN shall not be liable for:
• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
• Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.
• Service interruptions or delays caused by third parties.

Our liability is limited to the amount you paid (if any) for using the platform.


7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the platform at any time, with or without notice, for violating these Terms or applicable laws.


8. Modifications

We may revise these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes means you accept the updated Terms. It is your responsibility to review them regularly.


9. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes shall be resolved through arbitration or a competent court within this jurisdiction.
